I think the awareness should be integrated into the curriculum. Teacher training and books can be the start. Also, there should be a national marketing campaign utilizing musicians, actors and sport celebrities, as well as regular kids and grown ups who were abused. Only a comprehensive national campaign can really make a difference and reach across all aspects of American society.
